    • Funding with Collateral: We provide opportunities to secure funding with collateral from top-tier banks such as SBI, HSBC, ICICI, HDFC, and other leading financial institutions.

    • Collateral-Free Funding: We also offer Real Estate Project Funding Services without the need for collateral submission, facilitated through Letters of Credit (LCs).

  2. Partnership with Financial Institutions: Our process involves partnering with top international financial institutions including HSBC, Barclays, UBA, and others to ensure efficient and reliable funding solutions for our clients.

  3. Application and Approval Process:

    • Clients must submit a detailed project proposal outlining the scope, budget, timeline, and expected returns.

    • Our team will assess the project's feasibility, market potential, and financial viability.

    • Upon approval, clients will be provided with the necessary documentation and terms for funding.

  4. Terms of Funding:

    • Loan Amount: The funding amount will be determined based on the project requirements and financial assessment.

    • Interest Rates: Interest rates will be specified based on prevailing market conditions and the client's creditworthiness.

    • Repayment Terms: Repayment schedules will be structured to align with project milestones and cash flow projections.

  5. Client Responsibilities:
